Two Day Freediving Courses
Are you interested in learning how to explore the underwater world without scuba equipment in a freediving course? The two day Level I SSI freediving course will introduce you to the silent world.
Upon enrollment in a two day course you will receive an eLearning link that is completed prior to Day 1. The first day consists of a short classroom session, followed by shallow water practice and a shallow water boat charter in the afternoon. Upon returning for Day 2 you head to deeper water for target dives up to 66ft!

Level I and Level II SSI Freediving Courses
Two day course with all equipment and boat charters included.
Level One course has a max depth of 66ft and Level II course a max depth of 100ft.
Pickup at 7am at the hostel OR drive out to 617 Auahi Street, Honolulu HI 96813 by 7:30am
eLearning material review and classroom session at shop
gear fitting at shop
Uber to Magic Island Lagoon for shallow water practice session approximately 9:30am (Uber estimate $8.71) or drive out.
Lunch Break at Noon
Uber to Kewalo Basin Harbor C pier by 12:45pm (Uber estimate $8.66) or drive out.
1pm Two Dive site shallow reef dive boat charter – max depth at these sites is approximately 40ft.
Drop Off by van approximately 4:30pm or drive.
Note: the instructor MAY have a few spaces in his car for transportation to the confined water session and the boat on Day 1, but you cannot count on this and must be prepared to arrange transportation to those locations at your expense.
7am Pickup by van or drive to 617 Auahi Street Honolulu HI 96813 by 7:30am
8am Deep Dive at local wreck site for target dive with max depth of 66ft for Level One course and 100ft for Level II course.
10am Second dive site for fun or possible finish freedive rescue training.
12pm Return to shop for certification and then drop off by van.
Note: all transportation is included on Day 2 if needed
